Shipping time and costs
Shipping costs are free for most of Europe and the USA.
Deliveries within Spain take 24-48 hours.
Shipments to European Union countries take 2-3 days.
Shipping to the UK and any other country takes 3-4 days.
For shipments to the USA we have two shipping methods:
Standard (free): shipping takes 7-10 days.
Express (additional cost of $6): shipping takes 2-3 days (48-72h).
Returns
You will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the same.
For orders placed between 14 November and 15 December 2022, the return and exchange period is extended until 15 January 2023.
WHAT STEPS DO I NEED TO FOLLOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT OF MY ORDER?
Notify it through your user profile on the web or send an email to [email protected] indicating the reason and the data to manage the receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and should not be used. Once the return has been processed, the transport company will contact you to inform you of the date of collection at the address indicated.
IN WHICH CONDITIONS DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ORDER?
The return of your order must always be made in its original packaging, according to the instructions received by email -if received- and the product can't be used. You must also attach the received email or a note indicating the reason for the return, if you want to change the model for another size or if you prefer to have your money back.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RETURN OF MY ORDER HAS BEING COMPLETED?
As soon as the order is received at the factory, we proceed to make the change or make the payment of the money. In any case, you will receive notification in the email you used to registered on the web.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE SHOES I ORDERED?
You must notify it through your user profile on the web or write an email to [email protected] indicating it.
